Shipping + Returns
 

Gigi Goods & Co currently is only shipping within new zealand. We would love to ship worldwide, but for the immediate future it is just local. If you are overseas and you REALLY REALLY want to purchase something from us, get in touch at hello@gigigoods.co to open the discussion and we will of course see what we can do.

All products are carefully wrapped, handled and treasured before sent on their journey to your doorstep. However, due to sometimes just being darn unlucky with its travels, it may not reach you or arrive damaged. If this happens, please just drop us a line to let us know and we will work out it's replacement (dependent on stock) or a refund for you on a case by case basis. We only stock a couple or one item of everything, so if your item is found to be lost :( then we will refund your purchase.

All orders are shipped within the week, so it should be with you within a few days of placing your order.  

Standard shipping is $7 and an extra fee of $3 is charged if the item is heavier. 

New Zealand rural delivery addresses may find their items take extra time to reach you. The cost of rural delivery is $12-$15 dependent of the weight of item shipped. we check all addresses prior to products being dispatched to make sure of rural addresses. If you haven't ticked the correct box for shipping, we will be in touch with you to arrange the correct payment in order to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Please be in touch within 7 working days if you are wanting to return and refund an item. After this 7 days unfortunately we cannot reverse the transaction.

If a product you order goes missing in the mail on its way to you or you find it arrives damaged, due to only stocking 1 or 2 of most items, it is likely that we will only be able to send you a refund rather than replace the item *sorry*. Products that this does not apply to is the Print By George artworks. There are certain products that we do have more than 1 or 2 in stock, but we will be able to let you know stock levels once you get in touch. On some occasions it is possible that we might be able to request an order for a certain item from the stockist.
